Taste of Nawab was established in 1996, and to this date has had the opportunity to participate in many charitable events. These include: Fund raising for Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow Trust, Save the Children (for this cause Abdul was personally congratulated by the president of Save the Children, HRH Princess Anne, at a function for achieving the highest donation raised by any Indian Restaurant. In addition, we joined the scheme of National Curry Day (Prince’s Trust). Our most successful charitable event was organising a charity night for the Best Cancer Campaign, Rett Syndrome and supporting the local schools.

On establishment, we were dubbed as a new Indian Restaurant sure to fail, however we have taken this challenge in our stride and proved than by ensuring we provide Quality Food and Impeccable Service we can be a success. We also recognise the importance of giving back to the community and supporting as many charities as possible. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to all customers, and make known to them that they have made us what we are today. We sincerely value the opinions of our customers, and can honestly say that they have contributed to the high standards we set ourselves.
